    實驗音樂和聲音藝術最近幾年在國內開始嶄露頭角,逐漸進入社會關注的視野。這種前衛藝術逐漸被人們認知和接受,以前所未有的前衛姿態,進入後現代文化的領域。受到影響的新生力量逐漸投入創作領域,一些獨立的實驗廠牌紛紛成立,一些演出場地和藝術展覽開始接納這些嶄新的聲音,一些展覽將聲音藝術納為重要部分之一,同時也給多媒體藝術時代塗抹上嶄新的顏色。同時,來自世界各地的聲音實驗樂手強勢進入中國,演出、交流、合作出版唱片,北京、上海、杭州、廣州這些城市成為中國當前最為重要的實驗音樂重鎮,而深圳作為文化開放走在國內前沿的城市,近兩年也在這個領域裏,開始活躍起來。3258:30-11:30,一場由深圳新晉實驗音樂廠牌We Play!Neo Sound(離騷)藝術團體發起的主題為“We Paly Neo Sound實驗音樂會將在OCT-LOFT內的墨客空間舉行,主辦方將邀請五位香港實驗音樂樂手/聲音藝術家,聯合三位深圳本土樂手共同出席。這也是香港實驗音樂第一次在國內集體亮相,除了大家熟知的Dickson Dee之外,有Lona Records主持Alok,多重藝術身份的Wilson TsangMCB寫手、現投身聲音創作的Sin:Ned以及他的新團體No One Pulse;深圳三位本土樂手分別是實驗電子樂手、We Play!創辦人陸正,自由藝術家阿白和實驗吉他手黃健。當晚的音樂會也是We Play!首張唱片的首發演出,現場將有聲音結合影像,除了樂手個人表演之外,還會有不同樂手之間的自由即興。而當晚我們也將邀請來自荷蘭的作曲家和聲音設計師Ivo Bol作爲演出特別嘉賓作表演,Ivo Bol曾爲很多舞蹈及電影創作配樂,目前在廣州爲廣東實驗舞團創作作品。

    Dickson Dee(李勁松)1969年生於福建莆田,1977年移居香港。九十年代初期以PNF名義開始噪音音樂創作,並創辦獨立唱片廠牌Sound Factory, 致力於獨立音樂的製作、發行及推廣,現爲Noise Asia(亞洲傳聲)唱片公司主持人。1996年以本名李勁松(Li Chin Sung)John Zorn創辦的Tzadik廠牌旗下出版第一張個人唱片,入選英國Wire雜誌的年度40張佳作。此後曾潛心於西藏和蒙古音樂的田野收集工作,並與蒙古樂手組成三人組合,致力於世界音樂的實驗。2003年,又以DJ Dee名義涉入前衛電子音樂領域,推出第二張唱片20047月該唱片獲華語音樂傳媒新音樂大獎。李勁松曾應邀到德國等地巡迴演出。2003年,他爲歐甯和曹斐的實驗紀錄片《三元里》創作了配樂,並於2005年推出同名唱片。200512月份,Dickson作爲唯一受到邀請的中國藝術家爲“2006 Soccer World Cup Sound Project”創作聲音作品。該專案共邀請全球11位聲音藝術家爲這屆世界盃創作聲音作品,並於2006614日至710日在德國科隆舉行聲音、裝置展覽。 2006年受香港新視野藝術節委託組建Li Chin Sung& Khoomii Sound Machine創作<蒙古新音>,同年11月在香港大會堂舉行了全球首演。

    Dickson還以製作人身份參與監製多張中國、日本、臺灣、香港等地樂手的唱片,當中包括大友良英在Noise Asia唱片公司出版的全部8張專輯。以及大陸、香港、臺灣和德國樂手的唱片,共計約40張。同時他還與西藏音樂學者格桑曲傑共同進行西藏音樂研究。希望通過音樂、文字、圖片、錄影記錄西藏地區音樂的原始風貌。

    Dickson Dee ,producer, composer, sound artist, label founder, organizer, curator

    Dickson Dee (aka Li Chin Sung, Dj Dee, PNF) has been engaged in the music industry for more than 20 years.  His career started from importing European independent labels to Hong Kong, China and Taiwan; followed by establishing his own music label, organizing concerts etc.  His experience includes distribution, import/export, creation, publishing, promotion, artist management and other kinds of works in the industry.  He has made a great contribution to the development of independent music in Hong Kong, China and Taiwan. 

    In 1996, Dickson’s debut solo album “PAST” was released under Tzadik label (USA).  Since then, he began to set foot on the creation field with musical styles ranging from avantgarde to experimental, music concrete, electronic, new classical, industrial noise, dance, electronic world jazz etc.  He has performed under different names and formed several bands.  For example, DJ Dee for electronic experimental music, Li Chin Sung for music concrete and avantgarde, PNF for industrial noise, Khoomi Sound Machine for electronic world jazz, Dickson Dee for electronic acoustic and sampling cut ‘n’ paste.  He has collaborated with many artists such as Zbigniew Karkowski, Otomo Yoshihide, Sainkho Namtchylak, Maja Ratkje,Sachiko M,Werner Dafeldecker, Patrick Pulsinger,Cdrk,Tujiko Noriko, Tetsuo Furadate,Yoshida Tatsuya, Keiji Haino,Adichi Tomomi, Astro Makigami Koichi,Kang Taehwan ,Lawrence English, Electronicat , Park Je Chun, Jonas Hellborg, Uwe Dierksen, VJ Milosh etc. 

    Dickson set up his personal label Dicksonia Audio, which concentrates on the release and publishing of his own works.  This provides more freedom and convenience to further develop his creativity.   

    Besides concerts, Dickson also appears in arts academy and university for workshops and lectures to share his experiences with students, hoping to trigger their interest on sound art and music; furthermore, to give them a better understanding on the different aspects of music.

    Alok Leung,實驗音樂廠牌Lona Records 的創辦人,自1996年起已活躍於香港獨立音樂圈。其首個樂隊Pillow1998年解散後,他與Kim 組成了Slow Tech Riddim ,開始以真實樂器結合電子音樂,並出版了兩張專輯及參與了多張合輯的製作。2001年起,他以個人身份繼續拓展其音樂領域,先後出版了三張大碟 <31 Minutes to Midnight><29 Minutes from the End>)和三張三吋唱片(與The Pancakes 合作的第一張三吋CD、於自家廠牌推出的)。自2005年底,他專注於Lona Records 的發展,積極發掘世界各地的優秀音樂人/樂隊,為他們出版唱片及作推廣發行。200612月,他與L W T V 的現場錄音合成品 Little Sound 出版,限量發行。

    Alok, a self-taught guitarist and bassist, formed his first band Pillow early in 1996. After they disbanded in mid 98, he formed Slow Tech Riddim with Kim, when they started combining electronic music with live instruments. Together they had published two albums and contributed in numerous compilation releases. Since 2001, Alok appeared as a solo artist. He published the first 3" mini album with The Pancakes in 2001. In 2002, he set up his own record label Lona Records, and started working as a producer. From the end of 2002 to 2006, he released three albums and a few 3" cd singles: , <31 Minutes to Midnight>, <29 Minutes from the End>, and . His latest collaborative work with L W T V < Amidst the Boredom, They Gather Forces> was released on Little Sound in December 2006.

    曾永曦(Wilson Tsang)
    自幼隨母研習古典鋼琴,其後受外國多種音樂潮流影響下,開始探索不同之音樂風格,包括搖滾、民謠、爵士怨曲等,並於九十年代初正式以業餘身份進入香港獨立音樂圈子。

    1993年,曾創作及演出首個個人音樂會「熱壼仔音樂故事」,作為當年藝穗節節目之一;於95年,曾與本地作家小西及朗天合作,創作「給阿米巴節信」——一個結合舞台,音樂及動作之劇場;在97年,曾與另一本地音樂人潘德恕合作,舉行多媒體音樂舞蹈劇場「極樂世界一九九七」,並邀請日本編舞者松島誠進行創作,曾亦於此演出中同時以樂手及演員身份出現,於年末,其音樂部份亦以CD形式公開發行。

    98年初曾再度參與藝穗節,並進行其第二個個人音樂創作劇「卵石屋之歌」,並請來本地錄像人盧燕珊負責視像及服裝設計;由'00年至'02年間,曾亦3度被澳門石頭公社邀請,參與當地之街頭文化活動。

    除了音樂創作之外,曾亦同時活躍於本地之視藝工作包括公開其畫作及參與不同大小的展覽,曾並為本港不同之刊物及雜誌作插圖;於96年,曾編繪及出版其創作故事集"12 Tales in 11 Monochromes",並得到香港藝術發展局資助。

    曾現職平面設計師。

    Wilson Tsang, a pianist, singer-songwriter and artist. He had been engaged in exploring sounds for media such as theatre and video art since 90s. In early 2003, with the help of a friend, he released his first solo CD "Stuck in Traffic" and since then he became more focused on making songs and music that he could "play on stage". His 2nd album "Little Cold Red", released with Harbour Records, was a more in-depth collection of such efforts. Recently he started shifting his focus back to theatre music to discover the possibilities and roles of music.

    Sin:Ned,原名黃仲輝,樂評人及聲音藝術創作人。擅長以心理學、神秘主義理論、哲學以至物理學論述音樂,並以非樂評體裁撰寫樂評,借樂評文字構建自身偏險的生活理論及世界觀,以別人的音樂當作其文字實驗之源碼,作風一直備受爭議。曾是香港另類音樂雜誌MCB之主力寫手之一,其樂評文字亦散見於「號外」、「明報」等不同刊物。其後,更進一步沉迷以電腦軟體及各種非正統發聲工具自造源碼。2003年曾出演香港視野音樂節之Media Jam項目。2006年又與巢健威組成實驗電音樂團No One PulseSin:Ned早期的音樂創作可見於“Music for Your Beautiful Boy”“Mondisk”“MCB200”Tapegerm共同體的多款合輯。他的首兩張個人作品“Uroborus: A Study on No-Input Device”“60 Seconds: A Schizophrenic Manual for Eternity”,均於2006年發表於Lona Records名下。

    Wong Chung-fai(Sin:Ned) has been working both as a writer and a sound artist under the persona "Sin:Ned". He first appeared in the legendary Hong Kong alternative music magazine MCB (Music Colony Bi-weekly) as a music critic. Later, he turned to the world of software and strange electronics device and started making his own "source code". Some of his early sound works can be found in compilations such as "Music for Your Beautiful Boy", "Mondisk", "MCB200" and various CDs released by the Tapegerm Collective. His first two solo works, "Uroborus: A Study on No-Input Device" and "60 Seconds: A Schizophrenic Manual for Eternity" were both released on Lona Records.

    No One Pulse一個電子製樂實驗。兩位香港實驗樂人。黃仲輝。巢健威 黃仲輝長久以來以Sin:Ned名義扮演著樂評人及聲響製作人的角色,最早出現於香港另類音樂雜誌MCB,借樂評文字構建自身偏險的生活理論及世界觀,以別人的音樂當作其文字實驗之源碼,一直備受爭議。其後,更進一步沉迷以電腦軟體及各種非正統發聲工具自造源碼。 巢健威,多媒體設計共同體Sleepatwork之幕後主腦。成立於2002年,Sleepatwork之創作極其廣泛,曾指涉之範疇包括平面設計、插畫、動畫、網頁設計以至藝術項目策劃及音樂製作。其作品不但可見於不少展覽項目及書刊,他亦曾策劃多個藝術項目如”Media Jam”, “60 Seconds”, “A2 Exhibition”等。其作品一覽,可詳見於www.sleepatwork.com 與此同時,他亦曾以ok_static名義自家製作raster-noton式的電子雜音專輯。

    黃仲輝與巢健威首次合作於由後者策劃之網路項目”60 Seconds”。於2003香港視野音樂節,黃仲輝再度參與由巢健威策劃之多媒體現場演出”Media Jam”2006年,兩人開始研究一種遙距實驗的可行性。No One Pulse就是在這樣的情況下誕生。 

    No One Pulse is an experimental audio project between two Hong Kong artists, Wong Chung-Fai and Chau Kin-Wai. Wong Chung-Fai has been working both as a writer and sound artist under the persona “Sin:Ned” for quite some time. He first appeared in the legendary Hong Kong alternative music magazine MCB (music colony bi-weekly) as a controversial “music critic”, re-visioning others’ CD and music art work as the source code for his own literary imagineering. Later, he turned to the world of software and strange electronics device and started making his own “source code”.   Chau Kin-Wai, the mastermind behind Sleepatwork, a multi-media design collective founded in May 2002 with interest ranging widely  from graphic design to animation, web design to music. His artworks had appeared in quite a number of exhibitions and publications. He was also the curator of various art projects such as “Media Jam”,  “60 Seconds”, and “A2 Exhibition”. His prolific portfolio can be found on www.sleepatwork.com. Beside Sleepatwork, he had also worked  under the name ok_static, releasing homemade CD of static and noise not unlike those from raster-noton. The collaboration between Wong Chung-Fai and Chau Kin-Wai first started when the former was invited by the latter to contribute for the audio/visual internet project “60 Seconds”. In 03 HK Sound & Vision Festival, the two worked together again for the multi-media live event “Media Jam”, as two of the audio improvisers.
